The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) is the self regulatory organization that oversees all investment dealers and trading activity on Canada’s debt and equity marketplaces. For this very complex website, we wrangled highly technical information into web content, devised tools to increase member engagement and provided clear pathways to important regulatory services. The resulting design was direct and logical, and underscored the credibility of this important Canadian regulator.

Highlights

  • 10 distinct user groups
  • migrated over 1200 pages of content and over 2000 documents into the new website
  • 1300 regulatory notices currently on the site
  • significantly improved site loading performance
